The Board of Directors is seeking an Executive Director
who will be charged with the overall responsibility for development of the
Museum. This position, reporting to the
Board of Directors will provide vision and leadership as well as plan and
direct Museum activities and operations through the Museum Staff. Responsibilities include strategic planning, collections, professional practices and financial planning as well as the
day-to-day management decisions of the institution.
Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a
related field, and a minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience
with a proven track record in fundraising.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be community
