KENNETH W. LEE NAMED TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(Harrisburg, PA) - The National Civil War Museum announced today that Kenneth W. Lee has been elected to the board of directors.
Mr. Lee, an attorney with Tucker Arensberg Attorneys based out of Pittsburgh, practices in the areas of construction litigation, construction-related insurance matters, municipal and government contracts, and surety law. His experience includes the representation of owners, contractors and surety providers in all fields of the construction industry.
"Ken Lee is a welcome addition to our board," Gene Barr, chairman of the Museum's board of directors said. "His legal experience and enthusiasm for history and the preservation of it makes his appointment very suitable and we appreciate his acceptance of our invitation to join the board. I'm confident that Ken's role on the board will greatly benefit The National Civil War Museum and our plans for the future."
Ken is a 1987 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he received the Faculty Award for Legal Scholarship. He earned his B.A. degree in history from Gettysburg College and his M.A. degree in history from Villanova University.
Ken is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, the Better Business Bureau where he served as an arbitrator/mediator, and the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC). He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 in the Construction Law category and named a 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the Construction/Surety Law Category.
