Full Time Position Available – Membership & Development Coordinator

Membership & Development Coordinator
📍 Harrisburg, PA | Full-Time | $40,000/year

The National Civil War Museum is seeking a Membership & Development Coordinator to help grow and steward our community of members and donors. This role supports fundraising initiatives, manages membership operations, and builds meaningful relationships that advance the museum’s mission of telling the complete story of the American Civil War.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily membership operations and donor records
• Serve as the primary contact for members and supporters
• Support fundraising campaigns, events, and donor stewardship
• Assist with prospect research, reporting, and outreach efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years’ experience in development, membership, or nonprofit administration
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• CRM/database experience preferred (Blackbaud/Altru a plus)
